Paying Homage to the famous Bromley and South London sausage shop Kennedy’s, our take on their most famous Cumberland sausage has proven to be a best seller.
Prepared from our whole chicken legs, we separate the drumstick and thigh leaving a great cut for popping into the oven for incredibly crispy skin and soft and tender meat inside.
Prepared using a whole beef shin we sliced through on the band saw creating fantastic looking osso buco showing off the beef shin in all its glory. This cut is great for a slow cooked stew of 5-8 hours
