Langlois-Chateau is owned by Bollinger, one of Champagne’s most prestigious houses. It’s made in the same ‘traditional method’ as Champagne. But because it’s from the Loire Valley, it’s a fraction of the usual asking price. This contains a spot of Chenin Blanc, which pumps the juiciness up to 11.
