Prepared from our whole chicken legs, we separate the drumstick and thigh leaving a great cut for popping into the oven for incredibly crispy skin and soft and tender meat inside.
Our Beef Topsides are aged in Scotland for 32 days before we finish the process in-house. We add a small amount of basting fat to aid the cooking process and ensuring you have a tender roasting joint every time.
