2 x Chimichurri Beef Fillet Kebabs
Our beef fillet chimichurri kebabs are prepared using only the tail and head of the fillet. We marinade our diced beef fillet in olive oil & salt for 24 hours before coating them in our crunchy and flavoursome pepper coating.
These are a real winner for a mid-week treat, both tasty and succulent with all the amazing tenderness beef fillet has to offer.
GRIIL – Cook on your medium to hot setting each kebab should take roughly 4-5 minutes on either side.
BBQ – Cook over white coals to ensure the coater does not burn – each kebab should take roughly 5 minutes on either side.
OVEN – Cook at 180c for roughly 12-14 minutes turning once.
