Prepared from our whole bone in lamb saddles, we carefully remove the bones leaving the fantastic eye of the loin, we then roll these into a great roasting joints.
Prepared using a whole beef shin we sliced through on the band saw creating fantastic looking osso buco showing off the beef shin in all its glory. This cut is great for a slow cooked stew of 5-8 hours

A deliciously tender whole traditional ham that is easy to carve and coated in honey and roasted for a sweet, warm finish. Cured from the very best selected pork legs using a traditional family recipe, it is deboned and trimmed to the highest standard and then cooked using traditional methods which result in the succulent yet firm texture and moreish flavour.

Prepared from our bone in aged Scotch loins of beef. We dry age all of our beef for a minimum of 21 days.
Our butchers remove the fat cap and all silver skin before rubbing the meat with bone marrow. We then tie the fat back to the loin for an incredible roasting joint.
