Deboned and trimmed to the highest standard, it is then cooked using a traditional method, resulting in a succulent yet firm grainy ham with a delectably moreish flavour. A half ham is perfect for a weekend lunch or dinner and there’s plenty to feed a hungry family of four.
Prepared from the whole fetatherblade cut, we sliced 2 x 250g steaks which are incredible for slow cooking and stewing. A layer of gelatin runs through the middle of this steak which melts during cooking leaving an amazing piece of beef for you to enjoy
