We butterfly a whole free range chicken breast fillet before flattening the breast into a thin large steaks. We then marinade for at least 18 hours in our Spanish Garlic
Healthy and delicious these chicken steaks a packed full of flavour and are quick to cook.
Cooking Instructions
PAN FRY – Cook on medium heat using olive oil each steak should take roughly 3-4 minutes either side – we recommend resting for 2-3 minutes.
BBQ – Cook over white coals to ensure the marinade does not burn – each chicken steak should take roughly 4-5 minutes either side – we recommend resting for 2-3 minutes.
GRIIL – Cook under the grill on a medium to hot setting – each chicken steak should take roughly 6 minutes either side – we recommend resting for 2-3 minutes.
Larder recommends pan frying for best results.
