COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
For best results grill or bbq
GRILL – 6 minutes either side under the grill on your medium to hot setting
OVEN – 20 minutes cook on a rack @ 180c
BBQ – 6-7 minutes either side cooked over white coals to ensure the marinate does not burn
