Our homemade recipe consists of fresh and dried herbs blend through cuts of lamb before mincing and moulding. Amazing barbecued and added to a flat bread with salad and tzatziki.
Prepared from our whole chicken legs, we separate the drumstick and thigh leaving a great cut for popping into the oven for incredibly crispy skin and soft and tender meat inside.
Prepared using a whole beef shin we sliced through on the band saw creating fantastic looking osso buco showing off the beef shin in all its glory. This cut is great for a slow cooked stew of 5-8 hours
