Our Venison & Red Wine Sausages are made using incredible lean cuts of venison and packed Shiraz wine. All of our sausages have a minimum 85% meat content meaning you're getting the best money can buy!
Cut from the ribs above the fore rib, beef short ribs are packed full of flavour with a great covering of meat and all so tasty fat. These are great when slow roasted or pot roasted.
Supplied per half (avg 400-500g) or whole short rib (avg 850g-1kg)
