Deboned and trimmed to the highest standard, it is then cooked using a traditional method, resulting in a succulent yet firm grainy ham with a delectably moreish flavour. Prepared from our whole chicken legs we separate the drumstick and thigh leaving a great cut for popping into the oven for an incredible crispy skin and soft and tender meat inside.
